What are the delivery times?
We process each order within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are then 5 to 10 business days for France and Switzerland, and 6 to 11 business days for Luxembourg and Belgium.
During busy periods (holidays, sales), order processing may take up to 6 days before shipping.

What are the delivery costs?

Is AeraBoost™ easy to install?
Yes, AeraBoost™ is very simple and quick to install in less than a minute . You will not need additional tools or call a plumber for assembly:
- Unscrew the aerator from your existing faucet.
- Screw AeraBoost™ instead.
- Make sure everything is tight.
Does AeraBoost™ fit all faucets?
Yes, AeraBoost™ is designed to fit a wide range of standard faucets with an M22 external thread . Thanks to the included brass adapter and gasket, it offers quick and easy installation, ensuring wide compatibility for faucets with an M24 internal thread.
However, before purchasing, we recommend checking if your faucet thread is compatible to ensure proper installation. If in doubt, you can write to us at contact@lcavenue.com with photos of your faucet , and our team will be happy to help you confirm compatibility.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you receive a product in this condition, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with details of the defect. We will then provide you with return instructions. Once the item has been returned and examined, we will send you a replacement.
